Our Story
Family Owned. Veteran Operated.
At All American Lawn & Landscape LLC, we believe that what you build should mean something, not just in the work you leave behind, but in the relationships you build and the community you serve.
Founded in 2024, based in Walkersville, Maryland, we are a veteran owned, family run business built on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way. As a family of eight, we understand the importance of building something that lasts, taking pride in what you do, and creating a legacy for the next generation.
Our roots run deep in service. Owner Chase Sherrard is a U.S. Army veteran who served with the 82nd Airborne Division and deployed to Afghanistan. His military experience helped shape the values that continue to guide our business today: discipline, accountability, teamwork, and never settling for less than your best. After his military service and time as a Frederick County firefighter, those same principles became the foundation for building All American Lawn & Landscape LLC.
The name All American has a meaning that runs much deeper than a name on a truck. It comes from the legacy of the 82nd Airborne Division, known as the “All Americans,” whose original members represented all 48 states, bringing men from across the country together as one unit, united by a common mission.
OUR VALUES & COMMITMENT
Different backgrounds. Different hometowns. One mission. One brotherhood.
When it came time to build our family business, All American Lawn & Landscape felt like the right name because those same values are at the heart of what we do. Our name represents more than the work we do.
From custom paver patios and walkways to retaining walls, fire pits, landscape design, drainage solutions, lawn care and maintenance, and snow and ice management, we help homeowners and property managers create and maintain outdoor spaces they can enjoy for years to come. Whether it’s a complete outdoor transformation or the regular care that keeps a property looking its best, we approach every project with the same dedication and attention to detail.
But what matters most to us is the people behind every project. We aren’t just working in this community; we’re raising our family here, building relationships here, and investing in the place we call home. We value the trust our customers place in us, the neighbors who support our business, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships one project at a time.
As our business grows, our mission remains the same: to provide dependable service, take pride in every job, and build something our family and community can be proud of for generations to come.
Thank you for supporting our family, trusting us with your property, and being part of our story. We look forward to serving you.

The spirit of the All American is more than a name. It is a legacy built on brotherhood, sacrifice, and a commitment to something greater than ourselves.
For us, it is a reminder of where we come from, the men who shaped us, and the values we carry with us every day.
As a veteran owned and operated business, our slogan “Built on Service. Rooted in Pride.” holds a meaning that goes far beyond the work we do. It reflects the brotherhood forged through service, the courage to stand beside one another, and the pride we carry in those who answered the call to serve our nation.
At the heart of that meaning are our fallen brothers, SGT Jonathon M. Hunter and SPC Christopher M. Harris, who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our nation in Afghanistan on August 2, 2017.
Built on Service honors the commitment they lived by and the sacrifices they made in service to something greater than themselves. Rooted in Pride honors the brothers they were, the lives they touched, and the legacy they left behind, a legacy we will carry forward for the rest of our lives.
Through All American Lawn & Landscape LLC, we strive to live by those same values: to serve others with integrity, take pride in what we build, and leave something meaningful for the next generation. Every day is an opportunity to honor the men who helped shape our lives and ensure their legacy continues to mean something.
This is more than a business. It is a reflection of our brotherhood, our purpose, and the men we will never forget.
Their service will never be forgotten.
Their brotherhood will never be broken.
Their legacy will live on.
Built on Service. Rooted in Pride. Forever All American.
